Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with LEGO Labs.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment authorization.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended without prior notice.

Submitting an order does not guarantee immediate shipment.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Carrier performance

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shopping seasons

  • Local holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

LEGO Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by applicable law.


4. Order Tracking

When available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

LEGO Labs is not responsible for delays in carrier tracking updates.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

LEGO Labs is not responsible for shipments delayed, returned, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment or suite numbers

  • Incorrect postal codes

  • Invalid recipient information

  • Failure to receive the package at the provided address

If a shipment is returned due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


6. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable due to customer-provided information or failure to receive delivery may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Reshipping fees

  • Handling fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Lost Packages

If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, LEGO Labs will investigate the shipment.

Following completion of the investigation, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Ship a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund.

Claims determined to involve fraud or abuse may be denied.


8. Delivered Packages

Once tracking confirms successful delivery, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, customers should:

  • Check around the delivery location.

  • Verify with household members.

  • Contact neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

LEGO Labs is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


9. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Brokerage fees

These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

LEGO Labs has no control over customs procedures or associated fees.


10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to every country or region.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit shipping destinations.

  • Refuse shipments where prohibited by law.

  • Cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.


11. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or shipping efficiency.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split into multiple shipments.


12. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

LEGO Labs is not liable for delays resulting from:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Labor strikes

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Force majeure events

Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.


13. Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment, any refund may be reduced by:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Carrier fees

  • Handling costs

  • Payment processing fees where permitted by law

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


14. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.


15. Force Majeure

LEGO Labs shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War

  • Terrorism

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet outages

  • Pandemics

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Supply shortages
